I had a great week, my young gorgeous wife made some new recipes for supper. It helped that Kurt my son came home on winter break from school for the same week. Kurt and myself must of gained 10lbs this week. I know that he will come home more often for the same good food.
I would rate this meal a 7 for looks and 10 for taste.

It's hard not to eat this meal before I take the picture. So I started to get the camera ready 20min before we ate.

When you come home from work and open the door and the smell from the slow cooker hits you. I almost melted when I came home this night.
Shard is very strong I think it was the first time that I tasted any thing like this.
